Terms of Use

Last updated: July 2026 · Operated by Culture & Clarity Ltd

The heart of it: In My Corner gives general information and emotional support. It is not a law firm, a solicitor, a therapist, or a substitute for any of them — and decisions with legal or financial consequences should always be checked with a qualified human first.

FR : Ces conditions sont disponibles en anglais uniquement pour le moment ; en cas de divergence, la version anglaise fait foi. · ES: Estos términos están disponibles solo en inglés por ahora; en caso de discrepancia, prevalece la versión inglesa.

1. What In My Corner is

In My Corner is an AI-powered support tool for people experiencing workplace bullying, harassment, discrimination, or toxic culture. It provides emotional support, general process information, document explanation, drafting help, and organisation tools.

2. What In My Corner is not

In My Corner does not provide legal advice, medical or psychological treatment, or financial advice, and no solicitor–client or therapist–client relationship is created by using it. AI responses can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong — including about deadlines, which vary by country and change over time. Always verify time-critical information with the official body for your country (e.g. ACAS, WRC, EEOC, FWC) or a qualified adviser before acting or choosing not to act.

3. Your responsibilities

Use In My Corner lawfully and honestly. Don't use it to harass anyone, to fabricate evidence or records, or to draft deceptive or threatening communications — it is built to refuse. You are responsible for anything you send to your employer or any official body, whether or not it was drafted with In My Corner's help.

4. Crisis situations

In My Corner is not an emergency service. If you are in crisis or at risk of harm, contact a crisis line (Samaritans 116 123 in the UK & Ireland; 988 in the US & Canada; Lifeline 13 11 14 in Australia) or your local emergency number. In My Corner's crisis safety layer — recognising distress, steadying you, and signposting human helplines — always works and is never behind the paywall: it requires no subscription, no trial, and no account.

5. Accounts, free trial and subscriptions

Creating an account requires only an email address — we send a one-time sign-in code or link; there are no passwords. Keep access to your email account secure, since anyone who can read your email can sign in as you.

Your first 3 days are a free trial — no payment details required, one trial per person. After the trial, continued access requires a subscription: currently £19.99/month, or £14.99/month for the first 12 months with a founding-member code. Prices include any applicable VAT. Billing is handled by our payment provider, Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

You can cancel any time from Manage subscription on your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then; we don't give partial-month refunds beyond your statutory rights. By subscribing you ask us to start supplying the service immediately; where consumer law gives you a 14-day cancellation right for digital services, you keep it, and if you cancel within it having used the service we may deduct a proportionate amount for the period supplied.

If the price changes, existing subscribers get at least 30 days' notice by email before it applies to them. If genuine hardship is the barrier to subscribing, email admin@cultureclarity.uk and we'll work something out.

6. Availability and changes

In My Corner is provided "as is". We may change, add, or remove features at any time, and will give reasonable notice of any change that materially reduces what a paid subscription includes.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Culture & Clarity Ltd is not liable for losses arising from reliance on information provided by In My Corner. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Intellectual property

The In My Corner name, its agent personas, and the Culture & Clarity Team Culture & Psychological Safety Audit are the property of Culture & Clarity Ltd. Documents generated for you in your conversations are yours.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
